Loungemedia specializes in content management systems (See faqs). This allows site owners and staff to simply update the website from their browser, no technical knowledge required. Content management systems can be customized to your specification, typical features a CMS might include:
- ability to create/edit webpages

- manage users allow other users/staff access to private areas of the site
Loungemedia development is usually programmed using xhtml, php and MySQL. These are recognized industry standards that will work on just about any web server. However we can also develop in .net if you prefer to host on Microsoft servers.
If you don't have specific needs rather than building a custom CMS a better solution might be adapting one of the free systems available such as drupal or joomla. But is should be noted that although the systems are free modifying them to portray you own look and feel can be time consuming.
